PARTNER OPERATIONS - EPIC GAMES STORE What We Do

The Store Operations & Release Management team within the Epic Games Store works closely with external partners and our Account Management, Technical, Marketing, Social, QA, and many other internal teams to drive the product release effort as we build and maintain the premier multi-platform storefront across PC and Mobile.

What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for an experienced Partner Operations Release Manager to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end release process for products onboarding to the Epic Games Store (EGS). In this position, you will work closely with internal teams to cultivate and deliver a best-in-industry experience for external EGS partners.

In this role, you will Educate and empower partners to submit accurate content for their products and pages Validate product, offer, page, and build readiness Equip partners with the tools and information needed for a successful launch Provide transparency on release status and risks to internal stakeholders Encourage partners to take full advantage of EGS features, from Cloud Saves to Epic Account Services Utilize standardized tools and processes for harmonious engagement and a consistent user experience Actively contribute insights and help drive tool and process improvements within EGS What we're looking for 3-5 years of partner operations, release management, production experience, or similar Proven tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt priorities to meet business needs Exceptional communication skills with experience in external partner engagement Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability in process improvement and development Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce Preference for applicants with exposure to the Gaming Industry or similar marketplace release processes Excels at leaving things better than they found them; constantly pushing for improvements in our process, tools, documentation, quality, and partner experience

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
