Position:Partner Operations ManagerPosition Summary:As an integral member of the team, you will leverage your project management expertise and proven ability to work cross-functionally to proactively drive initiatives forward, anticipating challenges and identifying risks early. You will play a key role in developing and executing operational strategies while fostering high-impact partnership models that deliver measurable, sustainable health outcomes. You will be responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining comprehensive project plans that span multiple functional areas, ensuring strong performance tracking and keeping both internal and external stakeholders fully informed on progress, milestones, and potential risks.Job Description:Primary Responsibilities
Provides support to the team as it relates to execution of assigned operational workstreams (Provider Engagement, Care Management, etc.)Contributes to the development of the client operating plan and participates in relevant solutioning efforts to address any identified gaps.Develops, maintains, and tracks execution of the project plan needed to implement the annual operating plan.Proactively identifies cross-functional risks and escalates as needed. Develops and enhances project plan dashboards. Proactively identifies improvements to effectively communicate progress, risks, issues, etc.Facilitates internal account governance, especially team meetings.Participates in key client meetings, including operational performance meetings. Owns and develops operational relationships with the client.Independently handles administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.Guides the successful planning and execution of special projects and initiatives in the account.Provides cross-functional support to develop of operational and performance reporting.Develops fluency in all aspects of the Lumeris model.Keeps abreast of current industry, market and policy landscape. Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the aforementioned areas. Collaborates with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement of our overall operating model.Participates in cross-market discussions to identify opportunities to deploy or export newly identified best practices.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years of client facing experience within the healthcare domain or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the roleAmple experience working with health systems in strategy, operations, or financeWorking knowledge in any of the following areas: Medicare Advantage, Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Managed Medicaid and DSRIP, Commercial HIX, managed care regulations, quality reporting, care management, population management, ACO strategy implementation and operations, and supporting providers in risk-based contractsStrategic and entrepreneurial outlook with strong collaboration skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFirm teamwork and communication skillsFirm knowledge of the U.S. healthcare systemStrong client-facing and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationshipsWorking Conditions

In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
