Job summary:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Partner Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our Reselling Channel and Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program strategies. This role is essential in ensuring partner-facing platforms and communications are aligned, consistent and effective. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in partner program development, marketing communications and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and performance through our partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
Partner Program Strategy & Execution
Define and implement the Reselling Channel Program and MSP Program strategies in alignment with broader business goals.
Manage updates to the Reselling & MSP Partner Programs and communicate new features and benefits effectively.
Maintain and analyze partner performance metrics including sales data, certifications, deal registrations and engagement by tier and region.
Deliver partner performance reports and drive accountability across teams through regular insights and updates.
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure program strategies remain differentiated and compelling.
Partner Communication & Enablement
Create and manage partner communication strategies to ensure consistent, clear messaging across all channels (e.g., product launches, promotions, and program updates).
Develop dedicated content and assets for both internal and external audiences to support partner program communications.
Design and implement enablement initiatives, including onboarding for both partners and internal teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and program understanding.
Lead the Partners Journey enablement project within the partner portal.
Alignment & Consistency Across Partner-Facing Platforms
Ensure program strategies and benefits are consistently represented across all partner-facing platforms, including the Partner Portal.
Drive alignment and standardization across partner touchpoints to deliver a seamless experience.
Monitor and optimize the presentation of partner program benefits across digital interfaces to ensure clarity and consistency.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or program management, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to design, implement, and scale partner programs.
Experience managing cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong content development capabilities.
Proficiency in using partner management tools and platforms; experience with partner portals is a plus.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing MSP or Reseller partner programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce, PRM tools or similar platforms.
Knowledge of B2B partner journeys and lifecycle marketing strategies.
