Partner Marketing Manager, Americas Job Category: Marketing Location: US - Massachusetts - Remote **Picture Yourself at Pega:** As the Partner Marketing Manager, Americas, you will be fully responsible for creating the Partner Marketing strategy and execution for Americas. This will be done in collaboration with other Pega marketing teams including growth marketing. **What You'll Do at Pega:** + Work directly as part of the Growth Marketing team, specifically the Americas Marketing team and Global Partner Marketing team to ensure alignment, consistency and delivery of outcomes in relation to Partner Marketing for the Americas. + Work closely with the Global Growth Marketing Leadership team to share priorities, regional specific needs and contribute to and align with the global plan + Lead the quarterly planning process with internal stakeholders and partner marketing counterparts at key partner organizations to identify the set of joint marketing activities that support the go-to-market strategy + Work with our key partner organizations and our internal teams to create, execute and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, including alignment on target clients, campaigns and events, with the aim of delivering new pipeline, accelerating existing opportunities and expanding client adoption of our latest capabilities + You will maintain and input to the Pega GTM calendar of all partner marketing activities for the region including core dates as part of campaign execution and events. + You will own the execution of all elements of partner marketing activity within the region reporting on progress, status, outcomes and learnings as part of local partner, sales team meetings and Growth Marketing reporting. + For partner events specifically, ensure there is a pre-event, during-event and post-event plan in place. Including a review against the outcomes expected and recommendations for improvement for future events + Create, manage and maintain successful relationships with marketers in our key partner organizations, ensuring key client contacts identified are included in all relevant Pega marketing, in support of the execution of our overall Pega Partner program + Initiative, manage and advise on partner MDF for the co-marketing in the Americas. + Influence the partner MDF plan and execution to support appropriate use cases; and expected outcomes **Who You Are:** + Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years of related Partner marketing and/or marketing programs experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels **What You've Accomplished:** + Proven ability to operate in a high growth environment, used to dealing with ambiguity and experienced at navigating and succeeding in a rapidly evolving business + You’re excited about the opportunity to work in a new role, shaping what the future looks like and leading from the front to demonstrate the impact this role can make + Proactive and ambitious you are excited about working in a growing business to make a demonstrable impact + A winner and team player!
