Senior Partner Manager – Cybersecurity

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partner Manager to join a fast-growing cybersecurity-focused team within a global technology distribution environment. This role is key to managing and expanding relationships with cybersecurity vendors and supporting commercial success in the region.

This is a senior commercial and vendor-facing position, suitable for someone with experience in developing GTM strategies, managing channel partnerships, and driving high-growth cybersecurity sales.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Management: Take ownership of existing vendor relationships, ensuring delivery against business plans, and identifying areas for joint growth and innovation. Business Development: Act as the primary point of contact for new cybersecurity vendors looking to enter the regional market. Drive onboarding, integration, and channel strategy alignment. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with vendors and internal stakeholders to align objectives and grow market share. Sales Enablement: Support internal sales and marketing teams by enabling training and education from vendors and facilitating demand generation activity. Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a strong pipeline of vendor-led and channel-led activity. Work with finance and operations teams to manage forecasting and performance reporting. Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams including product management, marketing, and finance to align efforts and ensure operational excellence. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging cybersecurity technologies to identify opportunities for future growth. Essential Requirements Proven experience in channel, vendor, or partner management within the cybersecurity or enterprise IT space. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., endpoint, cloud security, SIEM, identity, etc.). Demonstrated experience in creating and executing joint go-to-market strategies with vendors and partners. Ability to manage commercial relationships at a senior level with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a wider virtual team. Desirable Skills Understanding of distribution or channel-led technology sales models. Experience working across Benelux and/or wider European markets. Knowledge of partner ecosystems and market dynamics in the cybersecurity space.
