Position: Partner Experience Manager

As our Partner Experience Manager, you’ll lead the team responsible for keeping our partners supported, heard, and delighted every step of the way. You’ll work closely with Branch Managers to ensure they are equipped, help drive solutions, and help with providing a remarkable partner experience.
About the Role: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Partner Experience teamOwn the full talent lifecycle, from hiring to ongoing developmentCreate proactive, consistent partner communication strategiesOversee smooth partner onboarding and optimize internal workflowsDeliver monthly/quarterly reports and track key metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with Branch Managers to align goals and strategyDrive initiatives, training, and events that strengthen partner relationships

What We're Looking For:
1-year minimum experience in the company for internal applicants Experience in sales, with bonus points for knowledge of the pool industrySales experience and or sales management experience preferredAbility to lead, coach, and hold a team accountableWillingness to travel to branch locations throughout Florida up to 2-3 days a week.Skilled at creating strong, value-driven connections with both partners and internal teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, people-first approachConfident in streamlining systems for better efficiency and serviceAble to think fast, make decisions, and resolve issues with clarityThrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentComfortable using metrics to track progress and drive resultsPay and Perks:
Salary (exempt): 40-50 hours/week expected for success Between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience Annual variable bonus potential for successful achieve of pre-determined metrics Standard Full-Time employee benefits packageDrug screening and criminal background checks will be performed on all new hires.
