Partner Development Manager, Brand Protection
Transparency represents an incredible opportunity to raise retail industry standards around authenticity, product transparency, and supply chain tracing. Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global service which allows consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain. The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.

The Role:
As Partner Development Manager, you'll drive the growth of our innovative business by developing and managing partnerships with brand service providers, industrial organizations and other 3rd party partners, while contributing to product development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead partnership development and management with brand-related service providers, including brand building, brand protection, serialization services and other types
• Identify and develop new partnership models to accelerate Transparency and Brand Protection program adoption
• Create and optimize operational processes for partner onboarding and management
• Contribute to product development as a voice of the customer, providing operational insights and requirements
• Document best practices and develop SOPs for streamlined business processes
• Support program pilots and launches in the Transparency and brand protection domain
• Support brand services category in the SPN program
