The Global Partner & Routes to Market Organization’s Competitive SBDM will develop scalable go-to-market strategies to build an ecosystem that drives customer outcomes, optimizes routes to market, and enhances partner engagement through enablement, incentives, and practice development. Acting as a thought leader externally and a partner advocate internally, this role ensures Cisco is positioned to scale sales, accelerate revenue, improve partner value, and drive the adoption of key technologies and acquisitions in the market.

Your Impact

The GPRS Competitive GTM SBDM will develop global strategies to strengthen Cisco’s channel partner practices across technology architectures, collaborating with business units, marketing, finance, sales, regional teams, and SMEs.

Develop Partner GTM strategies to differentiate Cisco and drive partner adoption of solutions. Prioritize projects, provide financial insights, and uncover new growth opportunities for optimal ROI. Build enablement frameworks and influence budgets to support partner success. Collaborate globally to share best practices and drive alignment across teams and partners. Leverage tools, automation, and AI-driven insights to enhance efficiency and planning. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor or equivalent in a related field with 7+ years of  experience  Accustomed with Analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI experience in handling large datasets ensuring data driven business decision and providing actionable insights Proficient with Excel, Financial case modelling and/or budget development. Experience in designing/driving sophisticated projects, programs and processes at scale An understanding of strategy, industry, and market concepts (e.g. TAM, Competition) Preferred Qualifications Collaboration and relationship-building skills in diverse, matrixed environments, with the ability to work independently in dynamic and fast-paced settings. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including effectively conveying ideas to leadership teams. Good analytical and business acumen, with expertise in various business models and knowledge of Cisco solutions.  Why Cisco:
