Join the Austrian partner organization in developing and implementing go-to-market and transformation strategies to drive Cisco's business growth for a set of strategic partners. Cisco's Austrian partner team provides an outstanding, unique experience for sales professionals by combining the resources of a multi-national company and the efficiency of the local sales and engineering community.

Your Impact:Act as the primary liaison for our Partners, responsible for nurturing and growing relationships.Develop and implement partner go-to-market and transformation strategies to drive Cisco's business growth .Coordinate with Cisco teams to deliver solutions and strategically implement plans to meet or exceed sales targets.Work towards Partners offering Cisco as the first brand preference in all opportunities across verticals.Expand Cisco's influence and share within partner account teams by applying your ‘hunting’ attitude.Minimum qualifications:3+ years of sales experience in the IT industry.Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Possess business maturity, flexibility, and the instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment characterized by innovation and high growth expectations.Preferred qualifications:Good understanding of channel dynamics.Mastery in developing trusted partner relationships, from working level to executive level.Excel in working collaboratively within teams globally.Deep understanding of Cisco solutions to serve as a trusted advisor and positioning Cisco’s solutions and architectures in customer engagements.#WeAreCisco
