**About the job:** The Red Hat Training and Certification team is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to support our training business across India. The preferred location is Bangalore. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial results by effectively nurturing and expanding partnerships with key organizations in the Red Hat ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that not only strengthen our partner relationships but also directly impact the company's bottom line. Your ability to strategically collaborate, communicate, and execute plans will be instrumental in your success. **What will you do:** + Generate and forecast demand for Red Hat Training and Certification with the partner ecosystem. + Meet and exceed the quota associated with the Red Hat Training partner ecosystem. + Establish and maintain productive strategic relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts + Recruit new partners based on market demands. + Ensure we constantly review and whenever needed, refresh our training resellers ecosystem based on Annual Planned Territory Coverage parameters. Ensure all decisions are clearly based on performance metrics and consistency on current program rules.
