Join Siemens Digital Industries as a Partner Account Manager, Ireland, where you'll optimize our distribution & solution partner network and drive revenue growth across our automation portfolio. As the primary liaison between Siemens and our partners, craft the future of industrial technology in a constantly evolving digital world! 
This is a location independent role and will require travel to customer sites.
You'll make an impact by:
• Own the strategic partner relationships • Drive revenue growth through channel optimization• Develop innovative go-to-market strategies• Improve market reach and penetration• Build sustainable growth initiatives• Build and nurture key distributor relationship• Optimize inventory and supply chain efficiency• Drive digital transformation in distribution channels• Lead joint marketing initiatives• Ensure technical enablement and support• Lead partner enablement, including Xcelerator marketplace development and certification programs• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from strategy creation through to commercial agreements
Your success is grounded in
• Proven track record in partner management• Strong commercial foresight• Relationship building expertise• Strategic planning capabilities• Analytics and performance tracking skills• Validated experience in technology partnerships with strong commercial and business development skills• Strategic mentality combining relationship management, negotiation abilities, and execution focus• Technical understanding of industrial automation, with ability to communicate solutions optimally• Self-motivated professional with project management expertise and CRM experience (Salesforce)
