THE ROLE:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in our recruiting team’s success by helping us source, meet and hire the world’s top talent in a timely, organized manner. You will provide exceptional candidate care while meeting key targets for screening, reference checks and scheduling interviews. The focus of this role is to assist through effective and efficient administrative support – the location, acquisition, appointment plus on boarding of retail, corporate and distribution center staff.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ability to provide high level of administrative supportExperience in Recruitment / Resourcing in a fast-paced customer focused businessExperience in delivering social media / strategic sourcing approachesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package & programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.Experience in Project CoordinationPrior Experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle (or other ATS)Strong attention to DetailAnalytical with effective problem solving & decision making skillsProfessional, Positive & Displays Integrity: Communicates openly, transparently & confidently across a wide variety of internal & external audiences; verbally and in writing.Highly organized Strong prioritization skillsExcellent time management skillsAble to adapt to change quickly and with flexibilityProactive & responsive with the foresight to anticipateAbility react positively in a fast paced, changing environment.
