Part-Time Substitute Crossing Guards The City of Cedar Falls is accepting applications for part-time substitute Crossing Guards for 2 hours per school day shift coverage up to 10 hours per week, when needed. Duties will include the movement of children to and from school crosswalks in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner. Interested individuals must have good judgment regarding safe conditions for children to cross the street, be dependable and prompt in all types of weather, and have the temperament to converse with children. Upon a conditional offer of employment, successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment background, physical, and drug screen will also be required.
