What Your Day May Look Like

Supervise and support a team of security officers on siteEnsure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocolsRespond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectivelyTrain new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackMaintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logsCommunicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredCPR/First Aid certificationPrior supervisory experience requiredPrevious security, law enforcement, or military experience preferredProficient in basic computer and technology useStrong communication, reporting, and organization skillsCustomer service background preferredMust be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerMust be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situationsAble to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
