**Part Time Security Officer** **- Franklin, MA** **Shift:** Part-Time, Saturday & Sunday 12am-8am **Location:** Franklin, MA **Rate:** $18.60 / hour Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a **Part-Time Security Officer** to work at our client site in **Franklin, MA** . As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting the premises, assets, and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is a high-profile site where strong customer service and professionalism are essential. **Responsibilities:** + Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access + Conduct regular patrols of buildings and grounds + Observe and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity + Enforce site-specific policies and procedures + Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents promptly and effectively + Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors + Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm panels + Write accurate and detailed incident and shift reports + Collaborate with site management and emergency personnel as needed **Minimum Requirements:** + Must be at least 18 years of age + High school diploma or GED + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to walk or stand for extended periods + Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred + CPR, First Aid, or other safety-related certifications + Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems “Securitas is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
