CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Safety Trainer to support our safety program through the delivery of high-quality orientation and training sessions for new hires and project personnel. This position plays a vital role in reinforcing a culture of safety across our organization by facilitating engaging, standards-driven safety content aligned with CEIS expectations and regulatory requirements. This is a part-time position ideal for a knowledgeable, experienced safety professional who thrives in a training and communication-focused role.
Responsibilities
Conduct and lead new hire safety orientations in accordance with CEIS protocols and client requirements.
Develop and deliver safety training sessions on a variety of topics including hazard communication, PPE use, incident response, and OSHA compliance.
Ensure training content aligns with 29 CFR 1926 and project-specific safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and completed course content.
Track training needs across projects and schedule sessions accordingly to support onboarding timelines.
Assist in the development of visual aids, handouts, and digital training materials as needed.
Provide feedback to project safety leads on training effectiveness and field observations.
Support ongoing development of a safety-first culture through consistent communication and reinforcement of expectations.
Coordinate with site teams and project management to tailor training to current jobsite hazards and activities.
Perform additional duties related to safety communication and training delivery as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or related environments.
Strong understanding of OSHA standards, particularly 29 CFR 1926.
Proven experience delivering safety training and/or facilitating orientations.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining training records.
Ability to engage and instruct personnel from a wide range of trades and experience levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Safety-related degree, certification, or training background preferred.
Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record per company policy.
