What We Offer:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hourHours: Part-Time, M-F, 1:00 pm-7:00 pmPaid Training ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing:
Play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the Resource Center by handling administrative tasks, data entry, and managing the center’s budget to ensure smooth operations.Proactively stay informed about curriculum changes and take charge of ordering, receiving, checking in, and controlling inventory to support the educational programs effectively.Elevate the student experience by guiding students and staff on how to search and retrieve information effectively, and by distributing important items such as textbooks, parking passes, and student ID badges.Maintain the integrity of UTI’s programs by ensuring strict compliance with all operational procedures to uphold quality standards and program effectiveness.Handle other tasks as assigned (no two days are the same!) QualificationsEducation / Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience or qualifications will also be considered.Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for this role.Communication (written and verbal) and Customer Service SkillsAttention to detail
