Description We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estate Paralegal to join a firm on a contract basis in San Diego, California. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that can start immediately. Candidates must have California based legal experience. Responsibilities: + Draft and prepare trust administration documents, primarily around guardianships and conservatorships + Assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including the preparation of inventories, asset transfers, accountings, and distributions + Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies to gather information and facilitate estate administration + Maintain client files and track important deadlines + Conduct legal research as needed + Utilize Clio for case management + Fluent in Spanish, a plus For immediate consideration, please email resumes to morgan.alessini@roberthalf[dotcom] with the subject line "Trust and Estate Paralegal".
