About the Job:
* Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs.
* Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications.
* Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews.
* Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages.
* Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
* Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.
About You:
* 6+ years of federal contracting recruiting experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Knowledge of DoD compliance standards and labor categories.
* Able to source TS/SCI candidates.
* Able to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
About the Position:
* Pays $55/hr-$65/hr
* Contracted for 3 months.
* Part-time for 20-30 hours/week.
* Hybrid in Washington, DC.
