POSITION: Part-Time Quality Analyst – Root Cause Investigations

What You will Do:
Review open investigation data provided by customers and manufacturing suppliers to define problem statements, determine root cause of the issue, and propose/monitor implementation of corrective actions to solve the issueTrack open investigation progress in MS Office or database systemsParticipate in collaborative meetings with customers and suppliers to obtain additional information to support root cause / corrective action investigationsSummarize findings and results into presentations for customer reviewWork Experience
What You Will Bring:
0-2 years of direct experience performing Root Cause / Corrective Actions with 2 year degree in a technical discipline OR 3+ years of direct experience w/ no degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBeginner level competency in MS Office ToolsExperience working within and extracting data from an ERP / MRP system a plusFamiliarity with blueprint reading / geometric dimensioning & tolerancing a plusPay Range: $20 - $23 hourly rate
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
Work Requirements:
This is a Part-Time position up to 30 hours per work week.
The work schedule is flexible with agreement between the employee and their reporting supervisor.
This position is classified as Remote within the United States.
Initial onboarding and process training to be completed in Quest Global Office in Windsor, CT until proficient to perform work independently.
Travel requirements: Not Anticipated. 0-5% of travel may be requested depending on business need.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
