Beacon Hill has partnered with a large Nonprofit Organization that is looking for an organized and confident professional with strong customer service skills to help with their biggest fundraising season on a part-time basis for 15 hours a week.

The role:

Communicating with current and past supporters (lots of calls, emails, texts)Writing thank you cards to participants Creating/updating flyers, social media graphics, awareness packetsCreating checklists, email templates, documents, and spreadsheetsUsingTLD database to update participant and registration information, pull reports, send emails, and update websiteDatabase research for company prospectingMailings

You:

1+ years of experience working in an officeExceptional phone etiquetteStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office
