This role is focused on accounts payable/receivable, QuickBooks entries, and maintaining organized filing systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience with an inventory control system and thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment.  Responsibilities:Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and in a timely mannerUtilize QuickBooks for data entry, reconciliations, and reportingMaintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of recordsUpdate and manage records in the inventory control systemPrepare invoices, purchase orders, and receiptsVerify accuracy of financial records and correct discrepanciesPerform general clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and document managementSupport daily operations by collaborating with accounting and administrative teams Qualifications and Requirements:Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivableProficiency in QuickBooksFamiliarity with an inventory control systemStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationComfortable working in a primarily clerical, non-supervisory role Benefits and Perks:$18–$20/hr based on experienceFlexible part-time scheduleFriendly, collaborative work environment Your New Organization:Founded in 1967, this company is a leader in production precision metal stamping and custom tool & die design.
