We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-time Office Assistant to support our busy manufacturing office in Winnfield, Louisiana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
+ Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
+ Greets and assist visitors, vendors, and employees as needed.
+ Maintain organized filing and assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, scanning, filing, etc.
+ Assist with data entry, document preparation, and scheduling as needed
Education, Skills and Experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ 2–4 years of office or administrative experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
+ Familiarity with basic office machines and procedures
+ Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
