Are you living your life's work? Penn Medicine HealthWorks is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week plus on-call rotation) Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team at Elizabethtown College. HealthWorks services local employers & colleges by providing employees/students personalized, relationship-based care at our network of primary care practices. Modeled after Concierge Medicine, we go above and beyond to provide the highest level of care and customer service to our members. The collegiate health centers provide a hybrid of college health to students and a concierge model to employees. Our practices offer convenience, access, and extended appointment times. We also offer a HIPPA secure text messaging app to our employee client members where they can communicate medical needs with the clinical team. Students are offered a more traditional practice model of care, often a blend of acute and subacute medicine. **Minimum Requirements:** + Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner by PA Board of Medicine or PA Board of Nursing. + Valid, unrestricted federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number + Ability to be credentialed by, and remain a member in good standing of, the LGH Medical and Dental Staff with appropriate unrestricted clinical privileges. + Satisfaction of relevant continuing education requirements. + Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party payment programs, including managed care programs, in which LGMG participates. + **At least three years of clinical experience Prior experience as APP in a primary care office, ED or Urgent Care preferred.** We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
