Be the resident's personal fairy godparent, granting wishes for personal care needs and ADLs!Transform into a grooming guru, helping residents look and feel their best with bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to anticipate and identify resident care needs. No detail is too small for your eagle eyes!Become a master communicator, keeping the information superhighway flowing between you, your supervisor, and your peers.Don your safety cape and be the guardian of resident well-being. Basic Qualifications & Experience
Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse DelegationMust be able to read, write and speak the English language.One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferredProficient computer skills preferredStrong self-management and organization skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (Open to change).Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentialityWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements
Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.Constant standing, walking, and grasping.
