**Now Hiring:** Part-Time Licensed Social Worker
**Location:** Palo Alto, CA
**Schedule:** 13 weeks, Thursday and Sunday Shifts, 2x12’s (10a-10p), cannot exceed 24 hours per week
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Develops and implements patient management plans, including the coordination of referrals to specialty and social services
+ Manages assigned caseload. Prepares and maintains records and makes written and oral reports to document case activity concerning patient care, counseling and therapeutic activities in accordance with department, hospital, medical center and/or health system policies
+ Provides supportive counseling, grief counseling, crisis intervention and other appropriate therapeutic services to assist patients and families in coping with presenting symptoms and problems
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience, covering ED and peds mental health is required
+ Active LCSW – Licensed Medical Social Worker - in CA
+ AHA BLS certification required
+ Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college required
**Pay Breakdown:**
+ $56 per hour (taxable)
**Pay Details:** $56.00 per hour
