Job Responsibilities:
Prepare documents necessary to fill bulk & bag orders for customersWork with transportation to ensure plant deliveries are timelyProcess truck loading and unloading paperworkTracks and investigates inventory issuesAnswer phones and direct phone callsAssist in monthly inventory cycle countsCommunicate with a diverse group of people from a variety of departmentAssists with purchase ordersAssists other departments / areas in an administrative capacity as neededOther duties assigned by supervisorCompetencies/Skills Required:
Excellent typing and computer skillsCritical reasoning skillsExcellent organization and strong attention to detailAbility to work with teams cross-functionally.Excellent attendanceProfessional, friendly demeanorTeam oriented attitudeHigh level of initiative for problem resolution and continuous improvement efforts.Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs.Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.Competencies/Skills Preferred:

Hours: Flexible
Salary: $43,760 - $65,640
In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges
