Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist for our client, a prestigious country club located in Sammamish, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members. This person will manage our client's HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (onsite) each week Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: - Run payroll using PayNW. - Collaborate with the Controller for payroll approvals. Benefits Administration: - Manage all employee benefits programs. - Assist with open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with Washington state laws. - Differentiate between part-time and full-time benefits.
