Compensation: $18.50/hr - $19.50/hr depending on the experience

Principal Accountabilities:

Pack chocolate and non-chocolate confectionery products with a focus on finishing these product packages (Bowing) to be sold as specialty gift itemsFinish packaged gift itemsMake decorative bows and tie gift ribbon on packagesCoordinating and preparing work aligned with the supply and demand plan and production scheduleInspect raw materials and verify product labeling to ensure accuracy and qualityWeighing, packing and labeling candy products as determined by printed work orders and/or component statementsDocumenting completed work orders and recording finished goods build dataRoutine inventory auditsUse of scanners and computer as necessaryUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulationsMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications

Required Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production warehouse facilityAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to operate machinery with or without reasonable accommodationExperience in a production environmentAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic math skillsBasic computer skills Hight School diplome or GED equivalent
