Job Description:
Berklee College of Music Valencia Campus is seeking applications for part-time music instructors with a preference for voice and/or piano expertise. Consideration will also be given to candidates who are able to teach a variety of courses within core music and performance. This position reports to the Director of Study Abroad and Special Programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
B.A. or equivalent in an appropriate field
Must be able to speak and teach in English fluently
Previous teaching experience
Active professional within their field
Student centered approach to teaching
Preferred:
Master's degree in teaching or related field
Teaching experience at the post-secondary level, and particularly US undergraduates
Familiarity with Berklee undergraduate curriculum
