About the Job:
* Ensure all amenities are in order and maintain as needed.
* Manage site inspections and coordinate building maintenance as required.
* Ensure emergency issues are met with prompt attention and after-hour calls are responded to.
* Oversee facility-related vendors and process invoices.
* Manage maintenance requests, handle invoices, and support other administrative needs.

About You:
* 2+ years of office or facilities services or property experience.
* Standard knowledge and understanding of building maintenance.
* Professional and personable!
* Self-starter with creative thinking and strong organizational skills.

About the Position
* Pays $22/hr-$25/hr
* Temporary starting ASAP.
* 100% onsite in Springfield, VA.
