About The RoleAs a Facilities Maintenance Shopkeeper at The RealReal, you're committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our retail environment. You're detail-oriented and passionate about presentation to ensure our clients have an amazing shopping experience. While you oversee all back-of-house housekeeping functions, you're able to flex your skills to support your team cross-functionally as needed. What You Get To Do Every Day

Clean and maintain (refill, stock, vacuum, sweep, mop, empty trash and recyclables, etc.): ​restrooms, breakroom, work supplies, conference rooms, patio areas

Light handyperson work (hanging small art, touch-up paint, small wall repair, etc.)

General janitorial support; helping with other tasks upon request

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and 11am to 6pm PT

Preferred Requirements:

2-3 years housekeeping/ janitorial maintenance experience is preferred

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18.53-$22.29. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
