Position Details + Schedule: Monday through Thursday + Typical Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (may vary slightly) + Location: Utica, NY + Status: Part-time + Hourly pay rate:$18/hour Key Responsibilities + Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism + Answer, route, and document incoming phone calls + Schedule appointments and communicate with provider offices + Sort mail, scan documents, and maintain organized records + Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system efficiently + Support general administrative tasks related to behavioral health services What We’re Looking For + Friendly, motivated, and dependable team player + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Comfortable using computers and multitasking in a fast-paced setting + High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred + Reliable transportation and availability during scheduled evening hours Interested candidates should submit both a letter of interest and a resume.
