About Our Centre
Busy Bees at Geelong West is a welcoming, 137-place early learning centre located on Church Street. With bright indoor rooms and large outdoor spaces, our team is committed to providing meaningful learning experiences and high-quality care for every child in a nurturing environment.

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Educator to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
As an Educator, you will:

Deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

Support children’s individual needs, interests, and developmental stages

Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and your team

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practices

Maintain compliance with NQS and regulatory standards

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

At least 6 months of experience in an early learning setting

Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate

Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
