Possession of a valid class \"C\" Texas driver's license required.\n
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nAbility to operate a variety of equipment for indoor and outdoor projects.\nAbility to paint interior and exterior.\nAbility to understand and follow the City of Conroe policies and procedures.\nAbility to understand and follow written and oral instructions.\nAbility to safely operate a motor vehicle.\nAbility to adapt to new technology, methods, or changing conditions.\nMust be capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English.\n\n
PHYSICAL DEMANDS\n
The work is heavy and requires the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and\/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and\/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The work may be performed outdoors in weather conditions. The work requires a substantial amount of walking during the day. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling, fingering, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, and visual acuity.\n
