Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Part Time Production Workers to join their team. As a Part Time Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part Time Production Worker

Location: Moraine, OH - Soon to move to Brookville, OH

Pay Range:   $18.20+

Shift:  1st or 3rd shift
Schedule: MUST be available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
(OT is paid out after 8 hours in a day as well as 1.5 for Saturdays worked)

What's the Job?

Assist in the assembly and production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in production techniques.

What's Needed?

No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
