Job Description:
This position works in the package center, servicing customers and coordinating the center’s administrative activities. This position may be responsible for training and development of center administrative employees, where such employees are assigned and will direct the work of others.
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Work Location: 1099 King Edward, Winnipeg, MB R3H 0R3, Canada
Workdays: Monday through Friday (Flexibility required, Hours may vary based on operational requirements)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 5: 00 PM
Pay rate: $19.17/hr.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers outstanding customer service to customers via telephone inquiries.Work collaboratively with other support staff as well as unionized employees to service customers accordingly.Manages a team of administrative staff to ensure all admin duties are completed in a safe and timely manner.Training of new administrative/clerical staff.Takes ownership of customers' shipping needs and offers viable solutions.Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:
