This is an exciting opportunity to help ramp up digital marketing efforts, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.You'll be working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Production Manager in a highly collaborative and stable environment where team tenure is high. Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality HTML5 web banners and other digital ad content, with a strong focus on bringing in-brand dynamic ads. Help transition existing digital web ads (currently GIFs) to more effective HTML5 formats, providing input and direction on best practices. Provide digital social media support, including creating social ads and easy video content. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure digital content aligns with campaign goals. Ensure all designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance digital experiences. Assist with minor photo resizing and other web support, working alongside our web development team. Qualifications: Mid-level experience (3-5 years) in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing active digital creation. Specialized expertise in HTML5 ad design; we are not looking for general graphic design (Photoshop-heavy) or a programming-focused developer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate) and a deep understanding of HTML5. Experience in designing web banners and other digital assets. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. Social video editing capabilities a plus. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and layout techniques. Familiarity with UI/UX design processes and methodologies is a plus. A collaborative spirit with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-brand digital experiences.
