Part Time - Customer Service Representative, Insurance

With years of experience and deep market relationships, CSRisks provides access to quality insurance solutions, even for hard-to-place exposures. **Position summary:** Contribute to the performance of the brokerage team of CSRisks by providing day to day administrative support to the sales units, accounting department and ultimately the clients and insurers. **Hours and Office Location: This role will either be full time in office or hybrid 3 days a week depending on the amount of agreed upon hours. This role is part time, with 20-25 hours weekly available.** **Our office location is** **2300 Windy Ridge Pkwy, Suite 695S| Atlanta, GA 30339** **Required Qualifications:** + Four-year college degree (or equivalent in work experience) in the insurance industry, administration or related field + Property and Casualty Insurance license + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook **Responsibilities:** **Handle processing in Outlook, AIM and ImageRight for the New Accounts** + Submissions + Quoting + Binding + Issue Policies + Service Mid-term needs. + Renewals process **Handle processing in Outlook, AIM and ImageRight for the Renewal Accounts** + Submissions + Quoting + Binding + Issue Policies + Service Mid Term needs. + Renewals Process **Additional Responsibilities:** + Process mail weekly to be scanned and sent to individuals. + Order office/kitchen supplies when needed. + Communicate with Agents, Insureds, and underwriters on a daily basis, as well as, meets with Company Representatives upon request _Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $20-$21/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
