Part-time Corporate Recruiter Job Details Job Location 4900-B OLD PINEVILLE ROAD - CHARLOTTE, NC Salary Range $28.00 - $30.00 Hourly Job Shift Day (Monday - Friday) Description Are you high-energy, self motivated, and hard working with a passion for recruiting part-time hourly service professionals? We are experiencing explosive growth as a company and have an immediate need for a part-time full-cycle recruiter. You will partner directly with hiring managers and company leadership to understand their unique hiring needs and then execute the strategy to identify and attract top talent. + Design and implement overall recruiting strategy + Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications + Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives + Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, social media, outreach groups, etc + Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels including employee referrals, networking, and internal databases, + Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Paycom) while maintaining data integrity. + Screen candidates resumes and job applications + Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule + Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices + Act as a point of contact and build candidate excitement during the selection process + Promote and execute our Core Values Qualifications + 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience ideally in a high-volume environment. + Experience working with business teams and recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to hourly part-time workforce. + A strong drive to source, attract, and secure talent of varying experience and backgrounds, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline. + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. In fact, at times you'll feel a bit like a Copywriter as you'll be upscaling job descriptions and writing engaging messages to candidates. + Strong knowledge and experience with an industry ATS (we use Paycom). + Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers. + Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans. + Knowledge and understanding of AAP, EEO, and OFCCP compliance.
