VCA Advanced Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Hannibal, Missouri. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for pets and their families.

Responsibilities include:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments and manage phone/email communications

Accurately check clients in/out and process payments

Maintain client records and ensure up-to-date information

Assist with prescription refills and client questions

Collaborate with the veterinary team to support hospital operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in customer service preferred (veterinary setting a plus)

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic computer proficiency
