POSITION:           Part Time Box Office Staff

DEPARTMENT:  Ticketing Services

REPORTS TO:  Director of Box Office

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has immediate openings for Part Time Box Office Staff at the BMO Center and Coronado Theatre. Under the direction of the Director of Box Office, the Part Time Box Office Staff member’s primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM Global policies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest serviceAccurately operate the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system to sell ticketsCommunicate with guests to locate and deliver will-call ticketsProvide information regarding events and facilities both in person and on the telephoneProvide superior customer services to all patrons in the facilityAccept payments via cash, check or credit cardBalance cash drawer at the end of the day

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to understand and follow instructionsAbility to work safely and efficiently with machineryAbility to work with minimum supervision and understand verbal and written instructionsAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays based on the event schedule

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time on hard-surface floor
