Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Hephzibah, Georgia. This is a contract position requiring expertise in managing financial processes while utilizing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. The ideal candidate will work closely with the fractional CFO and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: • Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify transaction consistency. • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including data entry and documentation. • Assist with month-end closing procedures to finalize financial statements. • Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees. • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for all financial tasks and reporting. • Collaborate with the fractional CFO to align financial strategies. • Provide training and guidance on financial processes as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial management. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and QuickBooks Online. • Strong skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Familiarity with month-end closing and payroll processes. • Adept at handling bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records. • Competence in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work on-site 1-2 days per week as required.
