Description Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule? Robert Half is currently collaborating with a valued client to find an exceptional Part-Time Bookkeeper who can work approximately 20 hours per week. This role is ideal for a dedicated finance professional with a strong foundation in full-cycle accounting and QuickBooks experience, who thrives in a collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities: + Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll processing, and bank reconciliations + QuickBooks Expertise: Utilize QuickBooks software for accounting and reporting tasks. + Collaborate with Outside CPA: Serve as the point of contact and provide support to the company’s CPA firm when needed to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. + Payroll Processing: Handle payroll functions with precision and attention to detail. + General Ledger Management: Ensure entries are recorded accurately and regularly review for inconsistencies. Requirements + Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with strong attention to detail. + Proficiency in QuickBooks software for accounting tasks. + Familiarity with AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliation processes. + Ability to partner effectively with outside CPAs or financial consultants. + Availability for approximately 20 hours per week. + Strong organization and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
