Assist in the recovery of outstanding debts, negotiating effectively with clients and representatives while adhering to organisational policies.
Manage debtor accounts through detailed monitoring and reporting using advanced Excel skills.
Build strong working relationships across multiple teams to ensure seamless debt management services.
Provide cover and support to colleagues, gaining broad experience in debt handling and finance operations.
Maintain the highest standards of data security and communication quality in all dealings.
A candidate with 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C, including English and Maths) and either 1 year's clerical/administrative experience or 2 years in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
