Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Project Management Team in Brno.

You will be mainly accountable for:
 

Development, maintenance and management of project management toolsCooperation with all project managers, identifying their needs and then making suggestions for optimizing the tools usedAdditional tasks according to current needsPossibility to write a bachelor's/master's thesis

Qualifications for the role

Student of a technical university degree (mechanical or electrical engineering)Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelEnglish at A2 - B1 levelsGood organizational and communication skillsPrecision, independence, willingness to learn new things
