Job Description Insight Global is looking for a part-time (to start) AI Trainer to help us accelerate the delivery of our newly developed learning modules focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAIs ChatGPT. This role is ideal for someone whos curious about AI, confident in front of a room (or a webcam), and excited to help others learn how to use cutting-edge tools. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) to groups ranging from 1 to 30 participants. - Facilitate learning using pre-built modules focused on M365 Copilot and ChatGPT. - Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning environments. - Provide feedback to improve training materials and learner experience. - Collaborate with the team to explore and expand into new AI-related training areas. Skills and Requirements - Demonstrated curiosity and intermediate-level experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAI ChatGPT. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading interactive sessions. - Ability to go beyond the scriptconfidently demonstrate tools live and answer questions on the fly. - Experience with instructional design and tools such as Articulate RISE, ElevenLabs, Lumen5, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), SharePoint, and Office 365. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning best practices. - Experience working in the education division - Experience working with marketing and education/curriculum development groups/projects - A proven curriculum/prompt portfolio null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
