Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Walk-In Clinic
Location: CMH Walk-In Clinic, Norwich, NY
Position Type: Part-Time (0.6 FTE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation: Part- time salary range $87,000 – $102,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, CME, and retirement with matching options

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions.

Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed.

Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC EMR.

Monday through Friday hours and participation in Saturday rotation; clinic is closed Sundays.

Qualifications:

Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in walk-in, urgent care, emergency, or family medicine required

Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive part- time salary: $87,000 – $102,000 (commensurate with experience)
