Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support a growing finance team of two. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute meaningfully in a flexible hybrid role. The company is experiencing increased workload and is adding this position to help manage the demand. Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle accounts payable processing Handle 1099 tax reporting and vendor documentation Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders Assist with invoice entry, approvals, and payment processing Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent AP experience Strong knowledge of 1099 tax reporting Associate’s degree preferred Professional demeanor with good energy and interpersonal skills Additional Details: Dress Code: Business Casual Background check and drug screening required Parking information will be provided If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take the next step, call us at (314) 262-4344 for immediate consideration.
