Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and maintain financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and other related documents.
Support sales processes by tracking transactions and maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records for easy access and review.
Participate in limited travel assignments as required, with all expenses covered.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in sales support and customer service.
Familiarity with reviewing Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
Ability to identify discrepancies in financial documents and resolve them promptly.
Adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

High School

Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks for financial management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
